Sales Manager (Female Only)

Company: Paradise Wellness Clinic
Location: Golf Course Road, Gurugram
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Attractive Sales Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive sales for all clinic services and packages

• Handle walk-in clients and convert consultations into bookings

• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Achieve monthly sales targets consistently

• Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and front-desk team

• Maintain records of leads, bookings, and revenue

• Assist in promotional activities and events when required

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in sales (preferably in healthcare, skincare, salon, or wellness industry)

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Presentable personality and client-friendly attitude

• Ability to work in a target-based environment

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM / WhatsApp Business preferred)
