The Real estate Sales Manager at Omana Properties will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing effective sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, real estate market understanding, and an ability to close high-value deals.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 2–6 years of experience in real estate sales (managerial experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Good understanding of real estate market trends and customer behavior.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
