Job Description
NDR Group is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team, drive property sales, and achieve business targets. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in real estate sales.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of sales executives.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate and convert leads into sales.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Monitor team performance and provide training and guidance.
Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience (Real Estate preferred).
Team handling experience is mandatory.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Graduate preferred.
