My Lights is looking for a proactive and organised Project Manager to oversee the sales team, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth execution and follow-up of every project, from the initial enquiry to final closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the sales team, ensuring regular follow-ups and timely completion of tasks.

• Track every project and sales deal, ensuring no client enquiry or opportunity is missed.

• Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and maintain strong professional relationships.

• Coordinate with the sales, design, accounts, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, orders, payments, and project updates.

• Maintain accurate project records, sales reports, client databases, and follow-up trackers.

• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance and project status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.

• Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, email, and online project-tracking tools.

• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and ensure accountability.

• Proactive approach to follow-ups, problem-solving, and meeting deadlines.

• Previous experience in project management, sales coordination, or client relationship management is preferred.

• Experience in lighting, interior design, architecture, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who takes ownership of every project, ensures consistent follow-ups, manages the sales team effectively, and maintains clear communication with clients and management.
