About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to oversee field sales operations, manage field executives, and drive team performance. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with experience in sales operations and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and track the daily performance and activities of field executives.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on targets, conversions, and team performance.
Identify and resolve operational, coordination, and pitching-related challenges faced by field executives.
Build and maintain relationships with societies, organizations, and stakeholders for business partnerships.
Guide, train, and support field executives to improve productivity and sales performance.
Attend meetings with management and stakeholders as required.
Ensure timely achievement of team targets and operational goals.
Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Excel and reporting tools.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Team Handling, Field Sales, or Field Management.
