Position – Regional Sales Manager – Bangalore South
Salary – As per industry standards + incentives

Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)
Location – Bangalore (South)
Years of Experience – 5–10 years

Working Hours: 11 AM to 10 PM
Working Days – 6 Days a Week (Including Weekends)
Week Off – 1 Weekday Off
Work Mode – Full Time, Onsite

Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving music licensing sales across Bangalore South by identifying businesses such as pubs, restaurants, hotels, malls, and event venues that use music and converting them into licensed clients.

Key Responsibilities:-
1. Drive revenue growth by acquiring new music licensing clients
2. Identify businesses such as pubs, restaurants, hotels, malls, and event venues that require music licenses
3. Expand Novex’s market presence across Bangalore South hospitality and retail sectors
4. Build strong relationships with hospitality owners, business operators, and event companies
5. Handle client onboarding, negotiations, and license renewals
6. Educate businesses about copyright laws and the importance of music licensing
7. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular reports to the State Head
