Wellness Vibe LLP, a leading wellness and sound healing company, is looking for an experienced Sr. Sales Manager – Digital Media & Business Growth to lead our sales operations. The candidate must have a strong background in digital media sales, team leadership, and growth strategy to drive business expansion and achieve revenue targets
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to deliver performance.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
Drive digital media collaborations to increase brand reach and sales.
Analyze market trends and KPIs for strategic decision-making.
Ensure strong client relationships and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the Director on company growth initiatives.
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in Digital Media Sales / Business Development / Growth Strategy.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, funnels, and online sales.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Must be on-site at Borivali; remote work not applicable.
Background in Wellness, Health, or Lifestyle industries preferred.
