We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at at Majestic Hr Llp. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
MANGING INCOMING LEADS AND CLIENT INQUIRIES .
SUPERVISING TELE-CALLING AND FOLLOW UPS .
HANDLING WALK IN CLIENTS AND VENUE VISITS .
CONVERTING INQUIRIES INTO CONFIRMED BOOKINGS .
MAINTAINING LEADS RECORDS AND DAILY SALES REPORTS .
MANAGING PROPERTY MAINTENANCE AND ENSURING SMOOTH EVENT OPERATIONS .
ACTING AS A KEY PERSON DURING EVENTS WITH STRONG PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS .
HANDLING CLIENTS CONFIDENTLY AND MAINTAINING GOOD RELATIONSHIPS .
Required Skills and Experience
GOOD COMMUNICATION AND SALES SKILLS .
EXPERIENCE IN BANQUET / HOSPITALITY/ EVENTS SALES PREFERRED.
ABILITY TO HANDLE CLIENTS CONFIDENTLY AND CLOSE BOOKINGS .
STRONG COORDINATION AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is ANY DEGREE and 1 - 4 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
