Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, and present suitable vehicle options.

• Product Expertise: Study vehicle features, capabilities, and compare with competitors to provide informed advice.

• Sales Process: Conduct test drives, demonstrate features, overcome objections, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales contracts.

• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain rapport, follow up on leads, manage orders, and handle post-sale support.

• Administrative Tasks: Complete sales paperwork, manage sales reports, and update customer databases.

• Dealership Support: Assist with showroom displays, participate in sales meetings, and attend training.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

• Deep understanding of automobiles and current inventory.

• Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
