Territory Sales Manager-LOANS AGAINST GOLD-Marketing Branches Operations As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Loans Against Gold business in assigned territories. This role requires strong leadership and sales skills to motivate and guide a team of sales professionals. You will develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, maintain relationships with clients, and ensure a smooth and efficient sales process. The position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the bank's business growth and success. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop effective sales plans. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts and enhance overall business performance. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends, providing accurate information to customers and team members. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of the team. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the Loans Against Gold segment. Willingness to travel within the assigned territories for business development and client meetings. Strong work ethic, integrity, and a customer-centric approach. Experience Level Mid Level
