The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth of AAC Blocks by developing and managing dealer networks, engaging with builders, contractors, architects, and developers, and executing sales strategies across assigned territories. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and strengthening brand positioning in the construction materials segment.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify and appoint dealers, distributors, and channel partners in assigned territories.
Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and real estate developers.
Promote AAC Blocks advantages (cost efficiency, thermal insulation, lightweight, sustainability) to customers.
Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and collections.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analysis.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team (if applicable).
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Strong knowledge of AAC Blocks or building materials (cement, blocks, RMC, bricks, etc.).
Proven B2B sales and channel management experience.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Market intelligence and strategic thinking.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
