We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at Infinite Finsolve Private Limited. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17,000 - ₹32,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take preliminary details from potential clients over the phone.

• Schedule and fix client meetings.

• Generate and collect leads through telecalling, personal references, and cold calling.

• Meet clients and understand their business needs and requirements, explain product & Successfully close deals.

• Maintain healthy and professional relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Take strong and regular follow-ups to convert leads into customers.

• Build and maintain your own customer network and share regular update.

• Continuously gather knowledge about MSMEs and related business requirements.

• Maintain accurate and timely LMS updates.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Convincing Skills, customer Handling, Area Knowledge is an added advantage.
