• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking activities.
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate HDFC home loan products.
• Explain features, advantages, and documentation requirements of home loans.
• Guide customers through the home loan application process.
• Coordinate with internal departments (credit, operations) to ensure timely processing.
• Follow up with customers for document collection, application submission, and loan disbursal.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch goals.
• Maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other potential partners.
