Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at at High Heads Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and convert international client inquiries.

• Handle international client calls, video meetings, and sales discussions.

• Build strong relationships with customers across global markets.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Handle high-value sales conversations and negotiations.

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

• Maintain accurate sales records and follow-up activities.

• Represent the brand professionally in client meetings and international events when required.

  Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.

  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

  • Confident in handling international client calls and virtual meetings.

  • Strong sales closing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Ability to take ownership and work independently.

  • Experience in fashion, apparel, luxury products, custom clothing, or lifestyle brands will be an advantage
