Position: Remote Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Manager who can efficiently operate from home and manage our sales team and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the sales team, monitoring their daily attendance, activities, and targets.
2. Track lead generation volumes and active marketing campaigns using digital sheets.
3. Coordinate with clients and vendors over phone/online meetings and follow up on pending invoices/payments.
4. Prepare 15-day and monthly sales performance tracking reports.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have their own LAPTOP and a high-speed WI-FI connection (Mandatory).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, or Team Management.
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and strong communication skills.
- High self-discipline to work full-time from home without disturbances.
