Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors / agents
Develop and manage a team of agency partners
Train advisors on products, sales techniques, and company policies
Motivate the team to achieve sales targets
Drive business through the agency channel
Build strong relationships with advisors and customers
Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance
Plan and execute sales strategies to increase business growth
Ensure achievement of monthly and yearly targets
Maintain reports and track daily activities
Support advisors in closing sales and resolving queries
Ensure compliance with company rules and IRDA guidelines
