Sales Manager

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager – Rajasthan (Base Location: Jodhpur) to join our team at Garden’s Need Pvt. Ltd. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building strong customer relationships, managing territory sales, following up on leads, and maximizing revenue opportunities across the entire Rajasthan region.

The candidate will be responsible for handling complete Rajasthan sales operations while being based in Jodhpur. Regular field visits across the state are mandatory. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month (depending on experience) + incentives, along with strong career growth prospects. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete Rajasthan territory while based in Jodhpur.

• Conduct regular and extensive field visits across Rajasthan.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets along with client visit targets.

• Close sales through cold calling, dealer visits, distributor meetings, product presentations, and direct field visits.

• Appoint new dealers/distributors and expand market coverage in Rajasthan.

• Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies for revenue growth.

• Build and maintain long-term customer and dealer relationships.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends within Rajasthan.

• Submit daily visit reports, weekly performance reports, and monthly sales analysis.

• Ensure timely payment collection and outstanding control.

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution and dispatch.

• Lead and support sales team members (if assigned).
