Job Description

Fine Orgokem Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with strong exposure to Resins, Specialty Chemicals, Paints & Coatings, Construction Chemicals, Adhesives, and CASE industries.

The candidate will be responsible for business development, key account management, market expansion, and technical-commercial sales of specialty chemical products.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in Paints, Coatings, Construction Chemicals, Adhesives & Specialty Chemicals segment

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts

• Promote resins, additives, specialty chemicals & industrial solutions

• Handle technical-commercial discussions with customers

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, manufacturers & industrial clients

• Coordinate with production, dispatch & technical teams for smooth execution

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts & business development plans

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Specialty Chemicals / Paints / Construction Chemicals industry preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Technical understanding of resins, coatings, additives or related chemicals

• Self-driven with good client handling ability

• Willingness to travel for business development activities

Education

UG: B.Sc (Chemistry), B.Tech/B.E. (Chemical)
PG: MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred
