We are looking for a SALES TEAM LEADER to join our team at at Financiio Solutions Private Limited (financiio Solutions Private Limited). The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, guide and motivate a team of executives.
· Allocate daily task and monitor performance and ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly loan targets.
· Oversee the entire loan process from sourcing to disbursement.
· Plan strategies to covert the leads into successful results.
· Drive the team to meet loan acquisition and disbursement targets.
· Maintain strong customer relationship to support business growth.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 4 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
