Key Responsibilities:

Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly targets
Lead and motivate the sales team
Ensure excellent customer experience and conversions
Manage walk-ins, inquiries, and follow-ups effectively
Maintain strong dealership performance and reporting

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales (automobile preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
