Job Summary
Looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to convert qualified leads into premium residential interior projects through consultative selling and excellent client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage inbound/outbound leads and maintain CRM.
· Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement analysis.
· Present design solutions, proposals, and quotations with the design team.
· Handle negotiations and close high-value interior projects.
· Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely booking advances.
· Coordinate with design/execution teams for smooth project handover.
· Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals.
Required Skills
CRM Management, Consultative Selling, High-Ticket Sales, Negotiation, Proposal Presentation, MS Office, Communication, Relationship Building, Customer Focus.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. MBA preferred.
Experience
Minimum 2+ years in luxury interiors, real estate, architecture, premium furniture, or high-value consultative sales. Experience handling projects worth ₹20 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore+ preferred.
