We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team Dr Nishita's Cosmatic Clinic Pvt Ltd.. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of Rs 20000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sale of Services (Mostly High Ticket size)
Providing conducive atmosphere for good sale
Managing your branch team
Reporting to Director/ Regional Sales head daily
Motivating your team to provide best of their capabilities
Managing your team of 5 to 10 staff
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is BDS/ BHMS/Graduate and 2to5 Years . Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Sales is an added advantage.
