About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive domestic exhibitor acquisition, exhibition stall/space sales and sponsorships for Bharat Organic Expo, a B2B platform covering Organic Food, AYUSH, Wellness, Agriculture, Natural Products, GreenTech and allied industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B exhibition stall/space and sponsorship sales across India.

• Generate leads through calling, LinkedIn, databases, references and industry networks.

• Identify and acquire new exhibitors and sponsors.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations and deal closures.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from Lead → Meeting → Proposal → Negotiation → Booking → Payment.

• Achieve monthly and exhibition-wise revenue targets.

• Develop key accounts, repeat exhibitors and upselling opportunities.

• Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, follow-ups and regular sales reports.

• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, CRM and Finance teams.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.

• 3–6 years of B2B Sales/Business Development experience.

• Exhibition/trade show sales experience strongly preferred.

• Experience in stall/space selling, exhibitor acquisition or sponsorship sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Existing exhibitor/industry network will be an advantage.
