Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Sector 48, Gurgaon
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions

• Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of sales principles (training will be provided for freshers)

• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
