Job Summary

Coming Keys is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers

• Manage and guide the sales team to improve performance

• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities

• Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management

• Negotiate deals and close sales efficiently

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field .

• Proven experience in sales or a similar role

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
