Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, leading a team of sales executives, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Generate and convert qualified leads into successful property sales.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.

• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and channel partners.

• Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives.

• Monitor team performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.

• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Good knowledge of the local real estate market.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Experience in residential and commercial property sales.

• Strong network of brokers, channel partners, and clients.

• Ability to close high-value deals.
