Sales Manager – Arao Eterna, NTPC, Ramagundam
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with 3+ years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential or commercial projects, to lead the sales operations for the Arao Eterna project. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, leading and mentoring a team of sales executives, building strong relationships with HNIs, investors, and channel partners, driving client presentations, site visits, negotiations, and successful deal closures, while ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, have a proven track record in exceeding sales goals, and be well-versed in CRM tools, real estate sales processes, and the local market. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred.
