We're Hiring – IT Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (B2B Sales)

About the Role

We're looking for a driven Sales Executive with prior experience in selling IT services, software solutions, SaaS products, or similar B2B solutions. If you're confident in generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

• ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in:

  • IT Sales

  • Software Sales

  • SaaS Sales

  • Medical/Healthcare Sales (B2B preferred)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience in lead generation, client meetings, and deal closures.

• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities.

• Pitch Apps4Growth's software development, website development, mobile app development, CRM/ERP, and business automation solutions.

• Conduct client meetings (online & offline).

• Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
