GOVT SALES MANAGER
Graduate in any discipline
More than 6 years experience in Govt. Sales in a X-Ray or Medical Industry and Handling GEM
• Tender Management: Identify, analyze, and participate in Govt tenders, GeM, e-Procurement portals for medical equipment Liaison & Networking: Build relationships with Govt hospitals, AIIMS, ESIC, CGHS, state health departments, and purchase officers
• Documentation: Handle technical bids, compliance documents, rate contracts, and tender submissions
• Order Execution: Coordinate with logistics, service, and finance teams for timely supply, installation, and payment collection from Govt accounts
• Sales Targets: Achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets from Govt institutional sales.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of medical device sales, especially diagnostic/lab equipment in Govt sector Portals
• Expertise: Hands-on with GeM, CPPP, state e-proc portals, NIC e-tendering Communication: Strong negotiation + written skills for tender queries, representations, and PO follow-ups
• Documentation: Knowledge of BOQ, technical specs, NIT, ATC, and vendor registration processes
• Experience: 6years in Govt sales, preferably in healthcare/diagnostics/IVD industryOther: Willingness to travel for demos, installations, and Govt meetings.
