Sales Intern

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and motivated Sales & Marketing Interns to join our real estate team. The interns will gain hands-on experience in property sales, lead generation, customer relationship management, and real estate marketing while working closely with our sales and marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, social media, online platforms, and other marketing activities.

• Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.

• Explain property details, project features, pricing, and investment opportunities to potential clients.

• Coordinate property site visits and follow up with interested customers.

• Assist in promoting real estate projects through digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.

• Maintain customer databases, lead records, and follow-up reports.

• Support the sales team in converting leads into potential bookings.

• Conduct basic market research on property trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective buyers and clients.

• Achieve assigned lead generation, customer engagement, and sales support targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students, freshers, and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.

• Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone and in person.

• Interest in sales, marketing, real estate, and business development.

• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a target-oriented environment.

• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred if the role involves property visits.
