Sales Head

· Experience: 5–6 years in Real Estate (Jaipur)

· Qualification: Postgraduate

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who can lead the sales team, drive property sales, and manage client relations. The role requires excellent leadership skills, market knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

• Handle client meetings, property visits, and negotiations.

• Generate leads and follow up with prospective buyers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

• Coordinate with marketing team for promotional activities.
