Sales Executive – Real Estate

Responsibilities

· Generate and convert sales leads through calls, references, field visits, and other sales activities.

· Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements.

· Present suitable properties and explain project details, pricing, and benefits.

· Conduct and coordinate property/site visits with clients.

· Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

· Follow up with prospects and negotiate to close deals.

· Achieve individual and team sales targets.

· Maintain and update the client and lead database.

· Attend client meetings, sales events, and company training sessions.

· Provide regular sales updates and feedback to management.

· Develop sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

Requirements

· 2-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.

· Good communication and negotiation skills.

· Strong interest in sales and customer handling.

· Candidates with experience in real estate, field sales, BFSI, automobile, telecom, or similar industries are preferred.

· Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.

· Willingness to travel for client meetings and property/site visits.

· Target-oriented and self-motivated.

· Immediate joiners preferred.
