Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective buyers.
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options.
3. Handle objections related to pricing, location, financing, and project features.
4. Follow up with prospects and convert site visits into bookings.
5. Assist clients with booking formalities, registry and property possession.
6. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
Key Traits:
1. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
2. Confident in client interactions and presentations.
3. Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
4. Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales.
