Job Description – Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in Sales/Travel Sales
Location: As per company requirement

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).

• Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Explain domestic and international tour packages to prospective customers.

• Sell holiday packages and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

• Generate a minimum of 10 new prospects daily through calls, referrals, social media, and other lead sources.

• Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.

• Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the booking process.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.

• Coordinate with the Operations and Visa teams to ensure smooth booking execution.

• Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

• Stay updated with the latest travel destinations, offers, and promotions.

Eligibility

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales (Travel Industry experience preferred).

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• Fluent in English and Hindi.

Performance Expectations

• Generate 10 new prospects daily.

• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management.

• Maintain regular customer follow-ups and update CRM records.

• Adhere to company policies, attendance, and reporting procedures.
