Job Title: Sales Executive – Fresher (Insurance)

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused freshers to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer insurance needs, explaining suitable insurance products, and achieving sales targets. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through references, walk-ins, field visits, and digital leads.

• Understand customer financial and insurance requirements.

• Explain life, health, motor, or general insurance products to customers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

• Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Stay updated on company products and industry developments.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with internship or sales experience will have an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in meeting and interacting with customers.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM is a plus).

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
