Role Overview

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving membership sales, delivering excellent customer experience, handling walk-ins, conducting gym tours, and achieving monthly revenue targets. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to convert enquiries into successful memberships.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

1. Membership Sales & Revenue Growth

• Achieve monthly membership sales targets set by the management.

• Convert walk-ins, enquiries, and leads into memberships.

• Follow sales scripts and maintain strong product knowledge for effective pitching.

• Upsell and cross-sell memberships, PT packages, and other gym services.

2. Lead Management

• Handle leads from multiple channels: walk-ins, phone calls, online enquiries.

• Follow up with all leads through calls, WhatsApp, and messages.

• Maintain 100% updated follow-up records in CRM/software.

3. Gym Tour & Sales Pitch

• Welcome all visitors and provide a professional gym tour showcasing facilities, services, and benefits.

• Identify customer fitness goals and recommend membership plans accordingly.

• Handle objections and close sales confidently.

4. Customer Experience & Front Desk Operations

• Maintain a positive, energetic and hospitable front desk environment.

• Assist members with queries, renewals, issues, and basic operations.

• Ensure smooth check-ins and service experience for all members.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily sales reports, enquiry logs, and conversion data.

• Update the center manager on daily performance, challenges, and plan for improvement.

• Ensure all memberships are properly recorded with receipts/contracts.

6. Collaboration

• Coordinate with trainers for free trials, assessments, and PT sales collaboration.

• Work closely with sales manager to create strategies for walk-in generation and local marketing.

• Support the overall sales and operation team during peak hours or campaigns.
