Key Responsibilities
Client & Brand Relationship
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, brand partners, and B2C customers.
Represent the company positively in all interactions, including calls, meetings, and marketing activities.
Maintain consistent and professional communication across all channels (email, WhatsApp, Zoom, etc.).
Sales & Outreach
Drive sales through both B2B partnerships and direct B2C engagement.
Identify and onboard new clients, brand partners, and individual customers.
Generate leads through outbound and inbound sales activities.
Support brand promotions and increase product visibility across different channels.
Brand & Marketing Coordination
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Contribute ideas to strengthen brand positioning and product awareness.
Understand market trends, customer behavior, and brand requirements.
Reporting & Analysis
Track and report sales performance (B2B & B2C) to management.
Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to improve outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and sales pipeline.
