We are looking for hungry, energetic and ambitious sales people who want to build a serious career in real estate.

This is not a traditional telecalling role. Your job is to create opportunities, qualify prospects and get appointments with genuine buyers. Our senior management and sales leaders take those appointments forward and close the business.

What You Will Do

1. Cold & Warm Calling

Connect with prospective buyers, investors, NRIs and HNIs and start meaningful conversations.

2. Generate Qualified Appointments

Understand the customer’s requirement, budget and intent and schedule quality meetings for the management team.

3. Follow Up Relentlessly

Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp and ensure opportunities don’t get lost.

4. Be a Sales Hunter

We want people who enjoy targets, conversations and winning. If you love the thrill of converting a cold lead into an appointment, you will fit right in.

5. Earn Smart Commissions

Your earning potential is directly linked to the quality and conversion of the appointments you generate. More qualified opportunities = more earning potential.

6. Learn From Experienced Mentors

Work directly with mentors who come from senior corporate backgrounds and learn professional sales, negotiation, communication and business development.
