Sales Executive

Manage and track leads received from various channels such as websites, property portals, and marketing campaigns. Ensure timely follow-ups and proper lead allocation to the sales team to maximize conversions. Maintain and update customer data using CRM tools like Salesforce CRM or HubSpot CRM. Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and build strong long-term relationships.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure smooth processing of bookings, agreements, and documentation. Support the sales team in deal closures and ensure all customer requirements are addressed promptly. Handle post-sales activities including onboarding, payment follow-ups, documentation, possession, and handover processes.

Address customer complaints and service requests efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels. Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, bookings, and conversions, and generate regular MIS reports. Analyze data to identify trends, improve customer engagement, and support business decisions. Plan and execute customer engagement activities such as calls, emails, and events to keep clients informed about project updates and offers.
