Sales Executive
1. JOB PURPOSE
To lead and manage the sales team in achieving revenue targets, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsible for developing sales strategies, mentoring junior executives, and ensuring consistent growth in business volume.
2. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
· Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
· Manage and guide the Junior Sales Executive and Back Office Sales Executive in daily activities.
· Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
· Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with customers.
· Monitor sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales performance to management.
· Coordinate with the Production, Purchase, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine sales approach.
· Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
· Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
· Use various marketing tools and techniques to support sales activities and customer engagement
· Maintain and update order tracking sheets on a regular basis
· Monitor order status and ensure timely processing and deliver
· Handle and resolve order-related queries from customers
· Manage customer queries through calls, messages, or in-person interactions
· Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for dispatch and delivery issues
· Ensure smooth back-office support for customer satisfaction
· Maintain and update customer database (area-wise, product-wise, size-wise segmentation)
· Maintain and organize contact data for follow-ups and relationship management
· Prepare and maintain billing records, documentation and Support accounts team with required sales data

4. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same or similar industry.
Skills:
Sales & negotiation skills, client relationship management, team leadership, presentation skills, knowledge of CRM tools, target-oriented attitude.
5. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI)
Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Number of new clients acquired per quarter.
Customer retention and repeat order rate.
Accuracy and timeliness of sales reports submitted to management.
Conversion rate of leads to confirmed orders.
Salary - 15000 to 22000
