Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with prior experience in diet or nutrition clinics to join our team. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into clients, and managing the sales pipeline, while representing the clinic’s premium brand.
Note: This role is purely sales – no diet prescription or planning required.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
Conduct consultative sales calls to understand client goals and recommend suitable programs
Close 3-month, 6-month, and premium programs, including Ayurvedic add-ons
Upsell and cross-sell services based on client needs
Maintain CRM / lead tracking for follow-ups and reporting
Collaborate with dietitians and client success team to ensure smooth client onboarding
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to clinic growth
Qualifications / Skills
Minimum 1-year experience in a diet clinic, nutrition startup, or wellness center
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Goal-oriented, proactive, and client-focused
Ability to handle objections professionally (e.g., price comparisons)
Comfortable working with CRM / WhatsApp / Excel for tracking leads
Knowledge of diet programs, nutrition, or wellness is a plus
