Sales representative are typically the face of the company and word directly with the customers to identify with their needs & provide them with the best possible solution.
The sales department is responsible for generating revenue by selling the company’s product or services to Potential customers.
Engage with the potential and existing customers to inform about the product or services offered
Initiating sales with potential or existing customer over the call.
Assess the needs and requirements of customer
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Handle the grievances of the customer and offer advice to resolve them
Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfication
To make detail of fetch data in google sheet
Keep records of the sales phone calls and note useful information
Pitch the services directly to the potential customers

Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skill
Prior experience in Sales coordinator representative or customer service executive
Target oriented
Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant knowledge of MS office and telephone systems
Ability to provide information about product and services in an easy-to-understand manner
Solid negotiation skills and ability to resolve grievances
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet sales targets
