Collect and verify required KYC and income documents from customers.

Coordinate with credit, operations, and verification teams for faster processing.

Follow up with customers throughout the loan approval and disbursement process.

Maintain strong relationships with hospital staff, doctors, administrators, and referral partners.

Achieve assigned monthly sales, login, approval, and disbursement targets.

Maintain daily sales reports, lead trackers, and customer records.

Identify new hospitals/clinics and develop new business opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
