We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our team in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. Freshers are welcome to apply. If you have good communication skills and want to build a career in sales, this is a great opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to promote personal loan products.

• Explain loan features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for customer documentation and loan processing.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: 12th Pass (HSC) or above.

• Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers can apply).

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Willing to work in a target-based sales environment.

Salary & Benefits:

• In-hand Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience).

• Day Shift: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
