Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven Sales Executive with prior retail experience to join our Jockey Exclusive Brand Store. The candidate should have strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements.

2. Provide accurate information about Jockey products and assist customers in selecting suitable items.

3. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

4. Perform upselling and cross-selling to maximize store revenue.

5. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

6. Handle billing, cash, and POS systems accurately.

7. Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and visual standards as per brand guidelines.

8. Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation.

9. Manage stock levels, assist in inventory handling, and reduce stock loss.

10. Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
    

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales (Mandatory)

• Experience in apparel / fashion / lifestyle brand will be preferred

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

• Presentable personality and customer-friendly attitude

• Comfortable with target-based sales environment

• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

• It is a Full Time అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
