Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive for our Jockey Store in Srinagar, Uttarakhand. The candidate should have prior retail experience and strong communication skills to deliver excellent customer service and achieve store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Jockey products.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Ensure proper product display, folding, and visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store.

• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.

• Manage stock replenishment and coordinate with the store manager for stock requirements.

• Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) qualification.

• Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in retail sales (apparel preferred).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Presentable personality with a positive attitude.

• Basic knowledge of billing software and POS systems.

• Willingness to work on weekends and rotational shifts.
