Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs to provide the best shopping experience.

• Assist customers in selecting Jockey products, including innerwear, loungewear, activewear, and athleisure.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Focus on cross-selling and upselling to increase sales.

• Maintain product knowledge, including sizes, styles, colors, and available offers.

• Ensure proper product display, replenishment, and visual merchandising.

• Maintain store cleanliness, product arrangement, and inventory accuracy.

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

• Maintain billing accuracy and follow store policies and procedures.

• Monitor sales performance and achieve KPIs such as ATV, UPT, conversion rate, and average bill value.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

• 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in apparel or innerwear.

• Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills can also apply.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.

• Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and target-driven.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on a retail store schedule.
