1. JOB TITLE: SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Mylapore, chennai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 20k - 40k

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend pre-scheduled client meetings arranged by the tele-calling team

• Understand client needs, event objectives, and budget expectations

• Present customized event solutions and service offerings

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations

• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals

• Coordinate with internal creative and production teams for proposal development

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in events, hospitality, or services

• Strong face-to-face communication and presentation skills

• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities

• Well-groomed, professional, and confident personality

• Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions

• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
