Work Mode: Full-time
Working Days: 5 days a week
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday fixed off
About the Role
We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential corporate clients, generating business opportunities, promoting conference and exhibition sponsorship opportunities, and converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential corporate clients.
- Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective clients.
- Explain conference sponsorship and exhibition opportunities to clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable opportunities.
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate with clients and close sales deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client information and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client handling.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident, positive, and self-motivated personality.
- Strong sales and target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales will be an advantage.
Salary
Freshers: ₹15,000 per month + Incentives
Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹22,000 per month + Incentives
