Sales Executive – Township Homes LLP
Township Homes LLP is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable property options, coordinating site visits, explaining project details, pricing and amenities, handling client queries, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the sales process from initial enquiry to closure. The role also involves regular follow-ups, negotiation with clients, maintaining lead and site-visit records, and achieving individual and team sales targets. Candidates should have good communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. **12th Pass or Graduates** can apply, and **freshers with strong communication skills are welcome**. Candidates with 0–3 years of sales experience, particularly in real estate, will be preferred.
